The Daily Telegraph reported that a 72 year old man was found guilty of raping an 88 year old man in 2015. The 72 year old filmed the rape and subsequently sent the video to the 88 year old’s employer.
Given that the 72 year old was found guilty of rape, he was not filming “sex” or making a “sex tape”, he was filming himself raping the 88 year old. This is not the act of a friend and someone who does that to another person loses any right to be described that way.
Rape and sex are not the same thing, they are not words that can be used interchangeably.
